There's a lot to like about Pangaea Rx and its line of products. I was introduced to their products at a local CBD shop. The company has cultivated a proprietary hemp strain rich in CBD, which Pangaea Rx claims tests consistently at 18% CBD per plant strength.
What caught my eye was that the company uses specific terpenes in their tinctures that target a variety of conditions, from muscle and joint pain to anxiety and insomnia. I was eager to try their anti-anxiety formula, and started with the lowest strength dose, which is 250 mg.
I found Pangaea Rx to be effective for anxiety relief, but the flavor of the oil was unpleasant. It had a harsh vegetal taste. The flavor was very strong and left an aftertaste. Over time, I found the flavor of the tincture less repulsive, but I don't know if I'll ever say that I enjoy it.
Taste is subjective; some people hate the chocolate mint taste of Charlotte's Web oil; I like it. For those who are not fond of the tincture's flavor, Pangaea Rx also offers softgels. You could also add the tincture to a beverage or food.
Flavor aside, I like the company's approach in creating a superior CBD product with specific terpene profiles that target particular conditions. I'm a firm believer that one size fits all does not apply to CBD, and customized formulas are likely to be the most effective.
