Review: Charlotte's Web CBD Hemp Extract Oil

RATING: 4 out of 5 stars

When I first began experimenting with CBD hemp oil products, I did my research. I wanted to find a legitimate company making a quality product. With that criteria in mind, Charlotte's Web was a natural choice.

Just about anyone who knows anything about CBD has heard the story of Charlotte Figi, and how her seizure disorder was successfully treated with a special CBD hemp oil mixture produced by the Stanley Brothers of Colorado. Charlotte's Web was named in honor of the girl, who is now thriving.

I ordered their entry-level Hemp Extract Oil, which contains approximately 10mg of CBD per 1 mL serving. I ordered the small bottle, which is 30 mL. I selected the mint chocolate flavor.

While you can order directly from the Charlotte's Web online store, I ordered mine through Thrive Market, which sells healthy food and supplements through an online community store.

The package arrived safely. Compared to other CBD oil products that I have tried, the Charlotte's Web oil appeared to be darker and have more particulate matter. To me, this meant more of the good stuff, and the FAQ on the company's website says the color can vary depending upon seasonal variation. Shaking the bottle as recommended helps blend the product. The dropper was simple to use and I found the flavor to be natural-tasting.

The calming effects were subtle but built over continued use. To counteract generalized anxiety, I felt like the Charlotte's Web Hemp Extract Oil offers generalized calmness. There were no negative side effects in my experience. I was able to work without any issue.

I plan to try their Plus and Advanced versions in the near future.

If you have reservations about diving into the world of CBD, I encourage you to explore the Charlotte's Web website, which offers educational articles. The company has earned its esteemed reputation in the CBD industry, and is dedicated to producing a quality product.

I also love the fact that Charlotte's Web offers a veterans' discount of 15 percent. I have heard anecdotal reports of CBD oil helping veterans with PTSD.
